Meet Grant, Your Medicare Guy
Hi, I’m Grant Chapman, and I’ve spent the past 25+ years helping people make sense of Medicare. I started Chapman Insurance Group in 2014 after seeing too many folks handed a brochure and left to figure it out alone. That’s not how I do things.
I’ve been working as a Medicare broker since 2001, and I believe in taking the time to explain your options clearly and personally.
I’m licensed in multiple states and proud to hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I work directly with clients to make Medicare simpler, more personal, and a whole lot less stressful.
Backed by a team with over 70 years of combined Medicare experience, I make sure you’re never left guessing. When you reach out, you’re not getting a call center, you’re getting a local advocate ready to help you make confident decisions about your coverage.

Hello! My name is Mandy Scarborough. I have been in the insurance industry for over 5 years. I chose to become a Medicare Broker to help individuals navigate the Medicare process and their options.
I enjoy taking the time to help people and explain their options on an individual basis. I joined Chapman Insurance Group to become more equipped and knowledgeable regarding Medicare needs. I have been thoroughly trained by Grant Chapman, owner of Chapman Insurance Group and I am ready to serve you and/or your family members to the best of my ability! I am licensed in several states as well.

Hello everyone! My name is Justin Carrasco. I am coming up on just about a year of Medicare experience with a great mentorship from Grant Chapman himself! Being a Medicare broker gives me a chance to make a career out of something that I love to do, and that is help people.

Born and raised here in Knoxville, Tennessee so you get a native agent that’s able to relate! I entered the Medicare industry with extreme support from my lovely wife and beautiful one and a half year old daughter. I love hosting events at senior centers or wood whittling on my free time!
